Thornton vehicles tend to collect damage from three directions: daily commuter parking along the I-25 corridor, busy retail lots around 120th Avenue, and hail in season. Each of those produces a different kind of dent, and each is handled differently in the shop.
Door dings from commuter and retail parking
The most common single repair we do. A door opens into your panel and leaves a shallow round dent, usually in the flat middle of a door where access is straightforward. These are ideal paintless dent repair candidates and most are same-visit work.

Larger dents and creases
Backing into a post, a cart running across a lot in the wind, or a hard door swing produces something bigger. Size alone does not rule out paintless repair. What matters is whether the paint is intact, how sharp the impact was, and whether the panel can be reached from behind.
Creases along a body line take longer, because the line is a stiffener and the metal moves in smaller increments.
Hail damage
Storm damage is priced and scheduled differently from single dents: by panel rather than by dent, with a count and size band for each panel. Horizontal surfaces take the worst of it. If insurance is involved, the claim runs in parallel with scheduling rather than delaying it.

What each one costs and how long it takes
Prices depend on the panel and the access, not a menu. As a general shape:
- A single door ding is the smallest job and usually the fastest, often an hour or two.
- A larger dent or crease takes longer per dent because of stiffness and access.
- Hail is quoted by panel, so multiple dents on one panel cost far less per dent than an isolated repair.
